PPD processes a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals using Chemical Etching, Laser Cutting and our Chemical Etch + Laser process.

Material availability and suitable thicknesses vary depending on the manufacturing process and component design. Please refer to our Metal Stock & Thicknesses page for the materials and sizes we normally hold, or contact us if you require something not listed.

Other and customer-supplied metals

PPD can also process other specialist and customer-supplied metals, depending on the material, thickness and project requirements.

Silver can be chemically etched, laser cut or processed using Chemical Etch + Laser. We do not normally hold silver in stock, so it is generally supplied by the customer once the design and manufacturing route have been agreed.
