PPD manufactures precision metal components for engineering and electronics applications, from prototypes and development parts through to repeat production.

Chemical etching is particularly well suited to intricate, burr-free components with fine features, while laser cutting extends our capability across a wider range of material thicknesses and profile designs.

Our processes are used for components where accuracy, repeatability and dimensional consistency are important, including shielding, screens, shims, connectors and other precision sheet-metal parts.
